Member care is: donation processing and financial transfers, picking up the phone when someone needs us, hosting retreats and conferences overseas that are easier for missionaries to get to, answering questions about taxes and insurance, crisis management and connecting missionaries to counseling as needed, traveling to visit missionaries, investing in better financial software so missionaries can raise funds and communicate with their donors more effectively, and PRAYING every morning for our missionaries as a Home Office staff.
