C & K
We know that we are uniquely called to the mission field in Armenia due to our diverse backgrounds, intercultural marriage, multilingual abilities, skill sets, and experiences. God has called us to play a crucial and unique role in ministering to ethnic Armenians and to these least-reached countries in the 10-40 window. Armenia is the strategic place to do this, as it offers freedoms, and has a Christian history that these other nations do not have.
Right now, the focus of our ministry is to minister to the 120,000 refugees that were forcefully driven from their ancestral homelands after the latest episode of ethnic cleansing against Armenian Christians perpetuated by the country of Azerbaijan. Men, women, and children were raped and murdered in cold blood and entire villages were massacred. We will be ministering to their physical and spiritual needs and sharing the much-needed message of hope as they recover from this traumatic experience.
Last but not least, we know that this new generation of young Armenians needs a spiritual awakening. After the Armenian genocide in 1915, during which 1.5 million Armenians were murdered; Armenia fell under the control of the Soviet Union which outlawed Christianity and prohibited people from practicing their faith. During this time, multiple generations of Armenians were raised with an atheistic belief system. We feel called to be a part of this spiritual awakening taking place in Armenia. Our desire is to help this new generation of Armenians reconnect with their faith and continue proudly carrying the honor of being the first Christian nation.
Please prayerfully consider partnering with us monthly through your prayers and finances.
We cannot do this alone.
