Doug and Camelia Howey

Doug and Camelia Howey serve in Râșnov, Romania — a growing city of nearly 21,000 people in the heart of Transylvania, just outside Brașov. Their ministry focuses on loving God, loving people, and making disciples through the local church.

In 2014, they planted Biserica Izvorul Vieții (Spring of Life Church), a Bible-teaching church committed to reaching their community, discipling believers, and training leaders to plant new churches and send missionaries throughout Romania and beyond.

Today, the Howeys are working toward full ownership of a strategic building in Râșnov that will serve as a base for evangelism, discipleship, and sending. Once paid in full, the property will be fully dedicated to ministry use — hosting church services, outreach events, and leadership training for future missionaries.

Their vision remains simple and biblical: to see lives transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to multiply indigenously-led, reproducing churches that carry that same Gospel to the ends of the earth.
