Marshall & Kristina LeCroy

Kristina and I serve together with a shared focus on missionary care, walking alongside missionaries and their families through the various seasons of ministry. Our work centers on providing steady, relational support that helps missionaries remain healthy, resilient, and grounded as they serve—often in demanding and complex contexts. We see care not as a program, but as a long-term commitment to the people behind the work.

Together, we offer presence, encouragement, and guidance, helping missionaries feel supported rather than alone. Kristina brings a strong, compassionate, and relational heart to this work, while I contribute structure, clarity, and organizational support. Our roles complement one another, allowing us to care for missionaries in ways that are both personal and practical, without losing sight of the bigger picture.

In addition to missionary care, Marshall also supports the home office, helping create the systems, policies, and rhythms that allow care to happen well and consistently. Healthy missionaries require healthy systems, and part of that calling is making sure the organization itself is positioned to serve people well. Everything that is done—whether directly with missionaries or in support of the home office—flows from a commitment to sustain those who have committed their lives to serving others.
