Sovereign Grace Church Nairobi

Sovereign Grace Church Nairobi is a Gospel-centered, Christ-exalting church being planted in the Westlands area of Nairobi, Kenya. As Brian Kiama (a Kenyan) and Jonathan Leslie (an American living in Kenya) witnessed the rise of false gospels of prosperity and moralism in the church as well as the rapid growth of the city of Nairobi, they saw the need for joining a growing movement of planting Gospel-centered churches grounded in God’s Word. They are partnering with Sovereign Grace Churches, as well as with many other individuals, churches and organizations, like Global Outreach International, to plant Sovereign Grace Church Nairobi. They held their first service on Sunday, January 5, 2025.
