Sow Hope Farms

Sow Hope Farms equips the global Church with practical, biblical tools to confront poverty and proclaim the Gospel.

Based in Uganda and Texas, we steward training and demonstration gardens where people are prepared for faithful, effective service in missions and ministry.

We believe God’s people should never be sent unprepared into communities facing poverty, degraded land, and limited resources.

Sow Hope Farms exists to provide hands-on, intensive training that equips missionaries, churches, nonprofit leaders, and agricultural interns with skills they can apply immediately and multiply wherever God sends them.

Through in-depth, hands-on programs built around Farming God’s Way, participants learn to integrate Scripture, stewardship, agriculture, and high standards of management as a practical ministry tool.

Training takes place in real gardens that function as living classrooms, preparing people to steward land wisely and serve with credibility in low-resource environments.

Our mission is to equip people who will go on to serve, teach, and multiply this model through churches, missions, and organizations around the world.

HOW – Our Approach

• We equip people through intensive, hands-on training built around Farming God’s Way. Training integrates biblical foundations, practical agriculture, and operational excellence so participants leave ready to apply and teach what they have learned.
• We also train agricultural interns alongside missionaries and ministry leaders, helping them translate academic knowledge into ministry-ready skills.
• Our focus is preparation, multiplication, and deployment, so people are sent well and equipped to serve faithfully wherever God calls them.
