Marshall LeCroy
Marshall LeCroy serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Global Outreach International, where he leads human resources strategy, organizational development, employee relations, and operational initiatives that support GOI’s mission of advancing the gospel among the nations. In his role, he works closely with leadership to develop healthy organizational systems, strengthen teams, and cultivate a culture of excellence, integrity, and care for missionaries and staff serving around the world.
Prior to joining Global Outreach International, Marshall built a diverse professional background in human resources, leadership, and ministry, serving in both corporate and nonprofit settings. His experience includes roles in retail management, technology, pastoral ministry, and human resources leadership. He holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University.
Marshall is passionate about equipping leaders, caring for those who serve in ministry, and helping organizations flourish through healthy leadership and sound organizational practices.
Marshall and his wife, Kristina, have two daughters. Outside of work and ministry, he enjoys reading, traveling, and playing with his dog Gus.
