David and Judy Heady
David and Judy Heady have been missionaries to Haiti since 1983. Before coming to Haiti as career missionaries, the Headys lived in Owensboro, KY, and owned an electrical company as well as a sign manufacturing/erection business. Their first years in Haiti were spent working in the mountains of Haiti as volunteers with the Southern Baptist Foreign Mission Board (now the IMB). In 1988, they joined Global Outreach International and began developing Globalâs ministry in Titanyen, Haiti. In addition to serving as Directors of Global Outreach Haiti Mission, David serves on Globalâs Leadership Team and also as Regional Director for Global in the Caribbean, Central America, and South America.

Elgar Cruz
For the past two years, Elgar has served in full-time ministry with Bold Hope. Recently, he has expanded his calling internationally, moving to Brazil to work with Mais MissĂŁo, where he is gaining valuable cross-cultural ministry experience. His journey reflects a steady progression from faith formation to local service and now to full-time, international missions work, demonstrating his commitment to answering his calling to serve in missions.

GTS Operation Expense
This account helps pay a variety of Global Theological Seminary expenses, including expense-saving and income-generating projects, and salaries for our farm supervisor and security guards. Giving to this account helps complete the day-to-day work at GTS, as well as invest in the seminary's future.

Bible Center for Leaders
At The Bible Center for Leaders (BCL), we are committed to equipping and empowering local Christian leaders through solid biblical training. Our mission is to raise up leaders who will reach the unreached with the gospel and plant new churches, bringing the light of Christ to the most spiritually needy areas of the world. Many communities in remote regions of Africa, Asia, and South America lack access to biblical education. Traditional seminaries and theological institutions are often unavailable or unaffordable, leaving passionate believers without the tools they need to effectively lead, disciple, and plant churches.

Rhonda Criswell
2015 was a year of growth, encouragement, excitement, and making plans for the future. We called a new pastor, baptized 8 new believers on Easter Day, purchased property for our annex in the town of Dolores to build the first evangelical church in that town, and are finalizing plans for the camp to be built on the farm. Our ministries are continuing to grow. These include the weekly Saturday Bible school that runs through the school year, the yearly summer youth camp, the yearly marriage enrichment retreat, and the bi-monthly womenâs and menâs ministries.

Michalah Thorn
I am so excited to teach in Jinja, Uganda. I will be serving at an international school, where I will be working with other missionaries. I am looking forward to helping children learn to love reading and receive a beautiful education.
