GTS Staff Retirement
Retirement in Uganda is usually one month's pay for each year that an employee has worked. This is paid by the employer and can be an extremely large lump sum, often a burden too large to pay by the employer. GTS has multiple faithful teaching faculty and staff who have worked for more than 25 years. This faculty and staff retirement fund is preparing to care for the faithful GTS employees who will retire in the future.

Marshall & Kristina LeCroy
Kristina and I serve together with a shared focus on missionary care, walking alongside missionaries and their families through the various seasons of ministry. Our work centers on providing steady, relational support that helps missionaries remain healthy, resilient, and grounded as they serveâoften in demanding and complex contexts. We see care not as a program, but as a long-term commitment to the people behind the work.

R and J
My wife and I serve among a people group that has experienced cycles of war throughout much of their history. Many here are in deep need of hope, personal care, and true refreshment. Though they are not a large population, they are strong, resilient, and clearly under Godâs care. Most live secular lives, while others are deeply rooted in religion and traditionâyet sadly, both often leave Jesus out.

David and Judy Heady
David and Judy Heady have been missionaries to Haiti since 1983. Before coming to Haiti as career missionaries, the Headys lived in Owensboro, KY, and owned an electrical company as well as a sign manufacturing/erection business. Their first years in Haiti were spent working in the mountains of Haiti as volunteers with the Southern Baptist Foreign Mission Board (now the IMB). In 1988, they joined Global Outreach International and began developing Globalâs ministry in Titanyen, Haiti. In addition to serving as Directors of Global Outreach Haiti Mission, David serves on Globalâs Leadership Team and also as Regional Director for Global in the Caribbean, Central America, and South America.

GTS Operation Expense
This account helps pay a variety of Global Theological Seminary expenses, including expense-saving and income-generating projects, and salaries for our farm supervisor and security guards. Giving to this account helps complete the day-to-day work at GTS, as well as invest in the seminary's future.

Bible Center for Leaders
At The Bible Center for Leaders (BCL), we are committed to equipping and empowering local Christian leaders through solid biblical training. Our mission is to raise up leaders who will reach the unreached with the gospel and plant new churches, bringing the light of Christ to the most spiritually needy areas of the world. Many communities in remote regions of Africa, Asia, and South America lack access to biblical education. Traditional seminaries and theological institutions are often unavailable or unaffordable, leaving passionate believers without the tools they need to effectively lead, disciple, and plant churches.

Mark Kelan and Ruth Pearson Harbour
We are semi-retired, but continue to lead Taiwan Harvest 119, a prayer-evangelistic network of pastors and believers who reach the 60 towns and villages on the west coast of Taiwan for Christ.
