We’re Upgrading to Serve You Better
At Global Outreach, we want every interaction you have with us, from giving to receiving updates, to be simple, clear, and meaningful. That’s why we’re launching a new website and donor system powered by Virtuous.
This upgrade will help us care for you, our ministry partners, communicate more clearly, and give you better tools to manage your giving.
Below are answers to some common questions.
We are moving to a new system so we can serve you better. Our new website and donor system will make it easier to:
- Give to missionaries and ministry projects
- Manage recurring gifts
- Update your contact information
- Access your giving history
- Receive updates that are more relevant to your interests
This transition will also help us care for our growing Global Outreach family more faithfully as the ministry continues to grow.
For most donors, your giving will continue as normal.
If you currently give monthly or have an active recurring gift, we are working carefully to transfer your information into the new system. This process will take some time, and we will let you know when it is complete.
If we need any action from you, we will contact you directly.
We will be moving your current account information into the new system. Once that process is complete, we will ask you to create a new password to connect to your existing account information.
After the new system launches, we will send you an email invitation to activate your donor account so you can:
- View your giving history
- Update payment methods
- Manage recurring gifts
- Update household information
We will send instructions when action is needed.
During a transition like this, some donor records may need updates. For example:
- Household relationships may appear incorrectly
- Contact information may need updating
- Duplicate records may occasionally appear
