In 2019, she followed the Lord's leading and founded Eleazar African Foundation, a for-impact organization serving orphans and vulnerable children in Lira, Uganda. Eleazar African Foundation demonstrates the love and care of Christ to families impacted by trauma and poverty through education and counselling. Today, Priscilla continues to serve remotely as the Director of Eleazar African Foundation, leading a team of 14 indigenous staff and overseeing program operations and development.
In 2025, Priscilla joined the clinical staff at Tumaini Counselling Center in Nairobi, Kenya, serving missionary families across Africa. Her experience of ministry in a cross-cultural war-affected setting in combination with her clinical background in children and families who have experienced trauma informs Priscilla's clinical work as a psychologist. This experience has also positioned her to be uniquely equipped to provide psychotherapy and psychological assessments for missionary children, youth, couples, and families.
