Tara Dunkle

Hello, I'm Tara Dunkle. I am from Crestview, Fl. My senior year of college the Lord placed Cambodia on my heart and called me to surrender my plans for my life to Him. In 2017, I took a short summer trip to Cambodia and knew the Lord was calling me back for a longer time of service. I served at an international school in Cambodia from 2023 and 2024. During that time, it became abundantly clear that Cambodia is where I am supposed to be until the Lord shows me otherwise.

I will be teaching English as a second language as a means to build relationships and share the gospel. Teaching English will be an easy way to integrate myself into the community by building relationships with my students and their families. I will be doing this through both formal and informal classes. I will be sharing with the lost about the Almighty God who gives salvation to anyone who calls on His name. I will be partnering with a local church so that those who profess faith in Christ or show interest in learning more can be connected with other believers to help them grow.

50% of the countries population is under the age of 25. When the gospel is shared and Christ is made Lord, everything will change.
