Kingdom Fellowship Training

Kingdom Fellowship Training is a theological education ministry that teaches pastors and church leaders how to preach and teach faithfully from the Word of God.

Globally, there are approximately 2.2 million evangelical churches, with 85% of them being led by pastors who lack formal theological education.

Kingdom Fellowship provides a solution to the theological famine throughout Ethiopia.

We believe that God-worshipping, people-loving, biblically-trained pastors and Christian leaders are the key to discipling the nations.

Our Funding Goals

Each of our 4 sites needs steady funding to continue the training.

While our focus is on creating independence from missionary funds among the pastors, our travel expenses and training materials we provide them costs money.

Our Program

We offer an intensive two-year curriculum consisting of nine courses designed to train pastors, elders, and church leaders whose main focus is preaching and teaching the Word within the church. Our program is designed to help them accurately interpret and communicate Scripture, as well as to equip others to do the same.

The curriculum we use was developed to be flexible, efficient, and reproducible for pastors and church leaders around the world who have limited or no theological training.

Accessible

Many pastors and church leaders are unable to travel or commit to a fornal school for training because they pastor village churches. So we bring the training to them. Our mobile model allows the Christian leaders to continue serving their churches without interruption.
